The congress will be held at the Plaza Hotel **** in the centre of Brussels, where the gala dinner will be held. We have negotiated with the hotel a very affordable price for the luxury rooms. On our website, you will find two direct booking links, one with the possibility of cancellation, the other, more advantageous, without cancellation.

Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation by the organisers
If an activity is cancelled by the congress organisers, the full registration fee for the activity will be refunded to the exclusion of any other costs.
Some activities are only organised if a minimum number of participants are registered. If this minimum number of participants is not reached, the price of the seats already booked will be fully refunded to the exclusion of any other costs.
For the opera, the number of seats is limited. Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Changes and cancellations by participants
Changes to bookings and cancellations will only be accepted if they are sent in writing to us at: wagner23@cerclewagner.be
Cancellation by the participant: if the cancellation is received before September 1st, 90% of the registration fee for the booked activities will be refunded, excluding the payment fee, which will not be refunded under any circumstances. If cancellation occurs after this date, no refund will be given. We advise our participants to take out insurance to cover these risks.
Cancellation of opera tickets: La Monnaie’s policy is never to refund opera tickets. Tickets will not be refunded regardless of when they are cancelled. Tickets may be offered for resale without any guarantee from the organising associations.
Cancellation of hotel reservations: as indicated in the hotel reservation form, Le Plaza offers a cancellation policy with no possibility of refund.
